BALTIMORE — Over three dozen automobiles have been concerned in a chain-reaction crash on the westbound a part of the Bay Bridge on Saturday, based on the Maryland Transportation Authority.

There have been 23 automobiles concerned within the preliminary crash. Moreover, one other 20 automobiles have been concerned in a collection of secondary crashes, transportation officers mentioned on Saturday afternoon.

MDTA officers have been investigating the crash, which brought about a number of accidents and shut down US-50 Bay Bridge on Saturday morning. MDTA Police first acquired calls on the incident round 8 a.m., based on an MDTA press assertion.

The bridge, famed for its scenic magnificence, connects the ocean areas on Maryland’s Jap Shore and the cities of Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Annapolis.
