US Air Power fields first robotic canine


The U.S. Air Power, in collaboration with representatives from Asylon, showcased the capabilities of robotic canine throughout the first-ever Synchronized Nuclear Readiness Operations Coaching (SNORT) at MacDill Air Power Base in Florida.

The demonstration, held on March 6, 2024, highlighted the potential of remotely operated safety techniques in enhancing emergency response protocols with out jeopardizing the protection of human defenders. The robotic canine, developed by Boston Dynamics with extra {hardware} and software program capabilities supplied by Asylon, exemplifies the newest developments in unmanned floor autos (UGVs).
